Long before real estate, Tiffany Lolonda Thomas learned what it means to serve. As a proud United States Navy veteran with more than a decade of service, she carries the discipline, integrity, and commitment of military life into everything she does. The Navy taught her that the mission is always about people — a lesson that became the foundation of her professional life.
Building Lola's Realty Group
Licensed in real estate since 2016, in 2023 Tiffany founded Lola's Realty Group, LLC on a simple conviction: servitude, professionalism, and personalized service are not marketing words — they are a way of doing business. From first-time buyers to military families moving across the world, she built a brokerage where clients are treated like family, kept informed at every step, and never pressured.
Expanding to Dubai
Today, Tiffany serves as a Real Estate Advisor with Luxury Properties Hub in Dubai, guiding clients through luxury, residential, relocation, and investment opportunities in one of the world's most dynamic markets. Her international work grew from the same place her American career did — a passion for helping people recognize opportunity and walk toward it with confidence.
Education and the next generation
Tiffany believes knowledge should be shared, not guarded. Through her educational videos, her monthly newsletter The Dubai Conversation, and the developing Real Estate Prep Academy, she is committed to international real estate education and to opening doors for young people who have never seen themselves in this industry.
